WELCOME To AADYOG
Aad yog is an ancient form of yog without alteration and adulteration. We believe yog was created and developed by the yogi of yogis “SHIVA”. As the story goes, initially Shiva taught only seven sages (munis). Later Shiva instructed the sages to disperse and spread the knowledge of Yog around the world. Shiva himself also roamed around the world and spread the yogic ways of life through yog. We are trying to spread the very transition of yog that happened between Shiva and the sages. His ways of teaching were unique to introduce awareness among the masses. He use to wear cremation ash on his body and a venomous snake around his neck to invoke the thought of death; that the poisonous cycle of life can bite you anytime like the venomous snake and the very body you love is going to turn into ashes; so, one must experience the bliss of life which is possible only through this body before the body perishes.
Aadyog strives to work on the same aspect that yog is not just about the physical postures but also leading us to the ultimate truth of life. Yog is a union of body mind and soul and we strive to work on all the three aspects though the true teachings of Shiva.
The history of yog dates back from 3900 – 1500B.C. (Indus Valley civilization) thereafter yog was mentioned in rigveda(3000-2000B.C.). Pitanjali (184-148B.C.) composed yog in a systematic approach. After Pitanjali yog has been modified, divided and even given different personalised names.
We are still continuously researching and providing the unaltered techniques to people who seek true meaning of yog which brings harmony between body, mind and soul.
Yoga was originally seen as a path to inner harmony and a deep understanding of the nature of consciousness. Ad yogis emphasize that true knowledge does not require changes and remains in its original form, bestowed by yogi Shiva. This tradition pays attention to breathing, concentration and balance of body and mind, which helps to maintain clarity and strength of spirit even in everyday situations. Yoga practice becomes not only a physical discipline, but also a philosophy of life.
At the same time, the modern world poses new challenges to people related to self-control and responsibility in various areas. That is why it is so important to understand the value of a responsible approach, whether in choosing habits, relationships or leisure. For those interested in the topic of conscious and safe leisure in online casinos, the resource

Yoga teaches attentiveness and the ability to listen to yourself, and responsible behavior helps to maintain stability in any circumstances. These two themes come together in the pursuit of harmony: physical, mental and social. The combination of Ad Yogi wisdom and the principles of responsible choice forms the basis for a more holistic perception of life, where discipline and freedom go hand in hand.
